Science is now showing meditation is so good for so many things. Physical health, emotional health, relationships, mental functioning... the list goes on.
And the techniques of mindfulness and meditation can bring more relaxation to the body and mind as a bi-product – so while we might be following meditation for stress reduction, relaxing can be a big part of that.
